Dan’s music career started at the age of 10 when he started learning the Piano and Guitar. Ever since then he has successfully pursued many avenues in the music industry as a performing musician, songwriter, producer and Music Technology tutor.
In 2001 Dan took the opportunity to study at the Brit School of Performing Arts where he acquired a number of B-Tech qualifications at Distinction in Music Performance and Production. He later progressed to further his skills at Rose Bruford College were he completed a three-year course in Music Technology achieving a 2.1 Bachelor’s degree.
Between 2007 and 2010, Dan was employed at a Media Arts specialist school in Bromley were he taught Key Stage 5 students Music Production and Media related skills. Throughout those years Dan was committed to pupils embracing music through performance and studio production. Dan knew it was fundamental that all the students were provided with the very best education in Music Technology and related Arts courses.
Dan’s main goal was to ensure that when the students completed their A-level qualifications they would all have been provided with a solid platform of specialist skills from which they could use to achieve their aspirations of higher education and future career opportunities in creative art industries.
Dan is currently the Director and Producer of Rodel Sound Ltd, an exciting and modern recording studio situated within the premises of Twang Guitars music shop, Penge High Street, South London.
